These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Abistama Solutions OÜ ("Abistama", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the RotaHog application and website ("RotaHog" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Abistama reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at any time without notice. New features added to the Service shall be subject to the Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your agreement to such modifications.
The mark RotaHog and the RotaHog logo are trademarks of Abistama Solutions OÜ.
1.1. You may use the Service only if you are 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract with Abistama Solutions OÜ and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
1.2. You must be a human. Use by "bots" or other automated methods is not permitted.
1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the unique link provided upon creating a rotation, which allows editing and deletion. Abistama will not be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from your failure to protect this link.
1.4. If you provide an email address for reminders, Abistama may communicate with you via email regarding your rotation or significant system updates.
1.5. You are responsible for all content entered (e.g., task names, participant details) and activity that occurs in connection with your use of the Service.
1.6. You may not use RotaHog for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of RotaHog, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to privacy and copyright laws regarding participant information you enter).
1.7. Abistama may refuse service or access to anyone for any reason at any time.
2.1. RotaHog is a web application that allows users to create, manage, and share simple team task rotations, with optional email reminders.

3.1. Abistama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time for any reason with or without notice.
3.2. Abistama shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
4.1. You are responsible for deleting your rotations using the unique link provided. This is the primary method of "cancellation".
4.2. Deleting a rotation permanently removes its configuration and participant list from our active database. This information cannot be recovered once deleted.
4.3. Abistama reserves the right to (i) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) and (ii) refuse any and all current and future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your access or use of the Service, and remove any rotation data within the Service for any reason, including if Abistama believes that you have violated these Terms.
4.4. Abistama may, in certain circumstances, attempt to contact you via email (if provided) prior to suspension or termination. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
5.1. For purposes of these Terms, "Content" means the rotation details (task names, schedules, participant names/emails) that you enter and provide to be made available through the Service.
5.2. Abistama does not claim ownership rights in your Content. However, by entering Content into the Service, you grant Abistama a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, transmit, and display your Content solely as necessary to provide and maintain the Service for you (e.g., displaying the rotation schedule, sending reminders).
5.3. You are solely responsible for your Content. You represent and warrant that you own your Content or have all necessary rights (including consent from participants if entering their email addresses) to grant us the license rights under these Terms. You also represent and warrant that your Content and its provision through the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation or infringe on any third-party rights.
5.4. You can remove your Content by deleting the rotation using the unique link.
6.1. Your use of the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the Service.
6.2. You agree not to resell, duplicate, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without the express written permission of Abistama.
6.3. You agree not to act in a way that risks damaging, deactivating, or overloading the Service or its infrastructure.
6.4. You agree not to distribute anything containing a computer virus or any code intended to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Service.
6.5. Abistama makes no warranties regarding (i) your ability to use the Service, (ii) your satisfaction with the Service, (iii) that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, and error-free, or (iv) that bugs or errors in the Service will be corrected. Abistama is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
6.6. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions' enforceability shall not be impaired.
6.7. Abistama may, but has no obligation to, remove Content or block access if we determine in our sole discretion that the Content or usage is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms.
6.8. The failure of Abistama to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any right hereunder. These Terms set forth the entire understanding between you and Abistama regarding the Service.

7.1. It is expressly agreed that Estonian law shall be the law applicable to these Terms. Any litigation between you and Abistama Solutions OÜ related to the use of the RotaHog Service shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Tallinn, Estonia.
